Time to clear some of the squash plants and pull up the rest of the carrots from the garden. A little bit of weeding although we don’t suffer much from weeds in these beds, apart from stinging nettles. While clearing the bed I oncovered some spring onions that we had not picked, they had turned into small onions and were starting to show signs of life again and so I moved them and re-planted them with the hope they might turn into small over wintering onions for next year.
I’ve covered the area I have cleared in order to stop the cats from using it as a toilet. There are no plans until spring time to replant anything here.
