Grass in the Garden

We ran out of time over Easter, the finishing touch to the two new beds in the garden was to re-turf a small bit that was once covered by the bed before. This particular spot in the garden gets the most sun and so we where we tend to sit. It was possibly a bit of a mistake last year turning it into part of the bed.

I also started on a little bit of a repair on the edge trim on the decking. It was held in place with glue which suggested it was the strongest glue ever, in the world – but it lied. It also collected a lot of dirt over the winter and was just a pain. So I’ve started to replace the trim with plastic end caps. Originally I thought it would look a bit rubbish (which is why we added the trim instead) but actually it looks a lot better. I need to finish this off next week.
