I have done half a row of mangetout and half of normal peas. The peas have been growing undercover for some weeks and today seemed a good time to plant them out. They will climb up the metal grills like I’ve done in previous years, with extra grills near the base to stop the squirrels digging and killing them.

Spotted in the garden were young carrot seedings coming up in-between the radish markers.
