We’ve had rain and sun and warmth, the days are long and everything is growing. Suddenly the garden seems full and very busy. I picked a lot of spinach and had a go at freezing, something to add to curries over the coming weeks. We are just slowly starting to pick peas for eating straight out of the pod. Slugs have yet to notice the strawberries and so have been picking those as we see them too.

I uncovered the tomatoes and tied them up to supports. We had great success with them last year and I really hope we achieve the same again.
