I have not been keeping up with harvest stats too well this year, here is February and yet when I write this it is nearly March.

February did not set any records for temperature, it started off cold and it warmed up by the end of the month. We had some really warm days then where even at night it didn’t get that cold.

February was mostly spending money, buying seed potatoes and onion sets. We dug up the remaining parsnips and while it hasn’t been the best year (7kg we had one year!) at just under 2kg in total it has is fine for the one row we planted. A surprise was pulling up beetroot left over in the garden, we roasted that which was a nice addition to a meal.
