A bit of a surprise with all the wind we have had this week. The beans have taken a bit of a slanty angle and some have faired better than others. The butternut squash plants have loved the wet weather. However, this year it seems that we have not really used or done much in the garden, although saying that we have of course completed the paving so maybe we have done stuff. Possibly what I mean is that we have spent not much time this year just sitting, reading, doing nothing, drinking coffee in the garden.
