An unexpected sunny (cold) afternoon with a couple of hours to spare, so I thought I would plant out the blackberry that has been waiting to be planted out properly for months. Since it was given to me, it has been half planted out in the garden waiting to be planted out properly. It’s all just twigs and bare roots at the moment, but hopefully it will spring into life in two or three months.

Not mush else done apart from tidy up bits that the wind had blown about. I came home with swede, sprouts and kale.
