There has yet to be a bad parsnip day, each time I dig them up and they are large and long, and straight. Swede are also good, not massive and not tiny, and plenty of them. We picked enough sprouts for a meal, boiled them for a couple of minutes, plunged them into cold water, cut them up a bit. When it was time, I fried them for a bit, mixed with the chopped up kale.
