Lots of weeding, planting out cucumbers

An afternoon of weeding where I filled two buckets full of bindweed, I also tied up the tomatoes and the beans.

During a later visit (this time no weeding required) I picked some more peas, they are coming to the end now and I was able to pull up some of the plants that had died off. I really needed to get the cucumbers in the ground and so decided to plant them at the base of the peas so that they can use the same netting to climb up once the peas have finally gone.

Along with weeds, the grass has gone quite wild needing quite some effort to reach the plot, all plots around us seem to be overgrown and not looked after.
