Chilli seedlings

Not much has happened on the plot for weeks because it’s been constantly raining all month. However, at home, chilli seeds I sowed in the heated propagator last month needed repotting. They have been on the window sill since they germinated and been enjoying light when they can find it. I have three rows, each getting hotter than the last, although I can’t quite remember if the strength goes from left to right, or right to left… I’ll find out in four months time or so.

Now in the heated propagator I have sown spinach. We normally sow it much later, plant it out then it bolts because we have a hot day. This year I am starting early, planting it out early, by the time hot weather is about we will have had eaten a great deal of spinach. In theory.
