Earlier on in the year we received a couple of courgette plants off our local Freecycle group. Now it is certainly courgette time as we have millions of them of various sizes. So many, and this is just from two plants, that I am now pondering about using some in this recipe for chocolate courgette cake from Riverford – see more at here
