After a couple of weeks of non-cutting the patch of grass in the front and it has come up with loads of giant daisy looking things.  I notice on the verge of various roads these plants so I don’t know if they have come from the wild flower seed or have just found their way here.  Either way, they look good and give more purpose for the uncut part of grass.
