I thought I would go up to the plot to give the seeds a bit of a water. I had transplanted some parsnips the other day, ones that I started off indoors and even then the germination rate was not fantastic. A sign that I really need new seed for next year.

I took the strimmer with me as I thought the grass might need cutting and it was a bit of an over statement when I got there. It was as if the grass had not been cut for months, it was only a week ago. The grass cuttings I used to mulch the potatoes.
